Who is he ?

i really didn't plan to draw this... It was a small experiment: what happens if i will start draw without plan ? like in chilhood. 
At first i drawn just a character.. Just a man with bottle, but It turned out interesting ! And i tried put him to environment... 
Is he killer ? or just a old poor musician, who wants take a revenge ? But why ? 

Anyway it was freaking cool ! Because i know nothing about character and i fill Interest in it !
